1) With your back to the audience, inhale suddenly and slowly lean backwards.
3) (Facing the audience) Swiftly turn right onto your stomach, with your arms crossed over chest.

4) Drop onto a low posture (planking), with hands crossed on either side of chest.

5) Slowly extend/push up into a 'cobra' pose.
6) Suddenly drop back into position 4, but with hands closed together.
7) Return to position 2, before quickly turning and rolling completely right onto stomach.
8) Wait with right hand extended out.
9) Suddenly drop and arms fall loosely.
10) Return to position 8 and run fingers through hair slowly.
