Motif 1 - Development 1 (Addition and Subtraction)

* Facing the back
- Step right leg over the left into a stag leap, into a roll on the floor.
- Get onto left side of body on the floor, with left hand stretched over head. Look as if grabbing something extending finger by finger...













- Roll onto stomach.


















- Using arm strength, pull body forward with left leg behind lifted up. x2
